Description
The U.S. Army National Guard requires contractor services to repair, remove, replace, and recertify the Aircraft Live Fire Trainer located at Fort Smith, Arkansas. The work includes replacing damaged control station electronics/equipment, the LPG distribution system, gas detection system, and ignition system with new parts and materials. The trainer must be returned to proper working order, operating through manual controls, valves, and settings with minimal electronic components, and must comply with FAA Advisory Circular 150/5220-17B, NFPA 1403, and NFPA 1402. The contractor must provide a detailed list of parts and materials to the Contracting Officer's Representative before commencing repairs and conduct training sessions for the 188th CEF Training staff on proper operation. The period of performance shall not exceed 120 days from contract award.
