Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking seven upper receivers, NSN 1005-01-589-7080, part number 50203598, manufactured by Heckler & Koch Defense Inc. The item is a Category I small-arms defense article subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and the Arms Export Control Act. Surplus material is not acceptable, and documentary evidence of Directorate of Defense Trade Controls registration may be required before award. The supplies must be delivered within 380 days after order, FOB destination, with destination inspection and acceptance. Packaging must comply with ASTM D3951 and applicable DLA requirements, and shipments must be marked and labeled in accordance with MIL-STD-129. The solicitation requires CMMC Level 2 self-assessment compliance and includes domestic sourcing and other federal defense procurement restrictions. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
