Description
The City of Long Beach is soliciting proposals from qualified institutions, licensed as New York State or Federal banks or credit unions, to supply and operate a concession for automated teller machines (ATMs) at various city facilities. Additional facilities may be added in the future. The anticipated contract period includes an initial one-year term with two subsequent one-year renewals, contingent upon mutual written agreement. The agreement is based on the use of City of Long Beach facilities and utilities for the provision of ATMs for employees and the public. Potential locations include the Municipal Building (City Hall), Recreation Center Lobby, Ice Arena Lobby, Beach Park Ticket Locations, and various other sites near the Boardwalk. The City reserves the right to award these locations individually or as a whole, with the determination made after proposal opening. The contract will be awarded to the vendor(s) whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the City, based on the criteria outlined in the RFP.
