Description
Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation is seeking one qualified legal entity to provide external audit services for fiscal years ending March 31, 2027, March 31, 2028, and March 31, 2029. The scope includes planning and conducting annual financial statement audits in accordance with Canadian Public Sector Accounting Standards, issuing an independent auditor’s report and management letter, reviewing relevant financial disclosures, and attending two Audit Committee meetings per year. The engagement team must be led by a CPA licensed and in good standing to perform financial statement audits in Ontario and must have experience with comparable public-sector organizations and major cloud-based ERP environments. The successful firm must translate the financial statements and auditor’s report from English into French and ensure deliverables comply with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and WCAG Level 2AA. The initial term is three years, with two additional one-year extension options at the buyer’s discretion. The proposal requires a technical proposal, Forms F1 through F6, project experience for at least five relevant projects completed within the past five years, personnel information and CVs, an organization chart, approach and methodology, a Gantt-chart schedule, and Ontario/Canadian domestic-capability information.
