Description
Helen Matthes Library is seeking managed internal broadband services for existing Category 2 equipment. The scope is to manage and maintain one Fortigate FG-80F firewall, five Ubiquiti UAP-AC-PRO-US internal access points, two Ubiquiti USW-48-PoE managed 48-port switches, one Cisco WS-C2960X-48TS-L 48-port switch, and one Eaton 9SX1000 1000VA UPS. Equivalent or comparable brands may be considered where applicable. Bids must reference FCC Form 470 number 270001474, include the vendor's SPIN, offer the Lowest Corresponding Price, and comply with applicable state and local procurement requirements. The library may consider multi-year contracts with voluntary extensions, month-to-month arrangements, or other contract terms; any proposed extensions must specify their number and duration. Long-term contract language must address discontinuation of E-Rate funding, and bids must clearly identify any free services. The library also wants the ability to add or remove services as business needs change.
