Description
The United Nations Development Programme in Nigeria seeks an intermediary firm to continue investment brokering for an existing pipeline of SDG-aligned small and medium-sized enterprises. The contractor will re-engage supported enterprises, update enterprise and investor records, assess financing needs and outcomes, refresh investment cases and transaction materials, facilitate targeted investor introductions, coordinate due diligence and negotiations, and support priority transactions toward financing and financial close. The assignment excludes a new open call or general sourcing campaign and is intended to rely primarily on existing enterprise and investor data, virtual engagements, and targeted meetings. The contractor must provide pipeline tracking, monthly progress updates, transaction advisory, longitudinal outcome and additionality assessment, and final handover of updated trackers and transaction records. The nine-month assignment targets at least US$10 million in cumulative capital signed and closed, at least six fully closed and funded transactions, and documented SDG Impact Alignment Assessments for all supported closed deals. Required proposal materials include technical and financial offers, company and registration information, audited financial statements, relevant project experience, client references and performance certificates, local-presence information, key-personnel CVs, and supporting methodology and implementation documents.
