Description
The City seeks a qualified insurance brokerage firm to advise on coverage design, identify coverage gaps and overlaps, develop insurance specifications, coordinate renewals, obtain and negotiate carrier quotes, and recommend insurance placement. The broker will also provide administrative support for claims and litigation, review contractor insurance coverage, assist with loss exposure analysis and loss prevention, provide annual cost projections, and support policy review and maintenance. Optional services may include market exploration and analysis for additional coverage lines, with no additional cost for those services; loss-control site visits and employee training are separately priced by hourly and flat rates. The broker must not collect commissions, overrides, or contingent fees from underwriters and must provide a signed, notarized attestation from an authorized corporate officer. Respondents must hold a valid Oklahoma Insurance Producer license when submitting. Proposals must include a fixed annual price for base services and rates for other services. The agreement is expected to have an initial one-year term with four one-year renewal options.
