Description
Travel Alberta seeks one or more providers to plan, coordinate, and deliver transportation for Rendez-vous Canada 2027. Main transportation services run April 27–May 2, 2027, and include airport transfers between Calgary International Airport and official hotels, shuttles between hotels and the BMO Centre, and transportation to and from evening event venues. The event is expected to host more than 1,400 delegates. Providers must supply suitable vehicles and qualified drivers, coordinate operations and schedules, and plan for contingencies and changing event requirements. Separate city tour transportation is required on April 28, 2027, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., serving 12–15 tours for up to 300 passengers. Vendors must quote both service components, complete the provided Excel pricing workbook, and submit a quote letter and vendor profile, a statement of capabilities, a project team overview, and required Bonfire questionnaire responses. The contract is non-exclusive, and multiple vendors may be selected.
