Description
Draper City is purchasing new, unused, compatible snowplow components on an as-needed basis for its winter road maintenance fleet. The requested items include carbide cutting edges, Blockbuster segmented cutting-edge systems, a 6-inch plow guard, OEM Western blades and wing kits, and specified plow bolts and nuts. Equivalent products may be proposed if they meet or exceed the stated specifications and include manufacturer, model or part number, technical specifications, and compatibility documentation. Bids must include pricing for the listed line items, freight and delivery charges, a completed bid form/pricing sheet, signed bid response cover sheet, current business license, Form W-9, current certificate of insurance, applicable manufacturer documentation or product specifications, and an estimated delivery timeline. Products are expected within 30 calendar days after receipt of a purchase order unless otherwise stated. The agreement has a one-year initial term with up to four additional one-year renewal options.
