Description
This construction project involves a limited interior renovation of the approximately 1,870-square-foot Triturator building at San Diego International Airport. Work includes modifications to the existing concrete slab-on-grade for regrading, improved drainage, and installation of grinder equipment. All work will occur inside the existing building, with no change to the building's square footage and no exterior improvements. The project requires California contractor license classifications B, C-8, C-36, or C-10, along with applicable public-works registration and prevailing-wage compliance. Bids are submitted electronically through the Authority's bid-management website in three files: a general Bid PDF, a separate Excel Bid Schedule, and a PDF Bidder's Statement of Financial Responsibility. A signed original of specified bid forms and accompanying documents must also be delivered after bid opening. The estimated bid value is $332,320, with 10% bid security and 100% payment and performance bonds.
