Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking one box of 25 single-use, disposable capnometer airway adapters for adult and pediatric use. The adapters must be plastic, white, non-sterile, have a maximum dead space of 6.0 mL, and have a 60-month non-extendable shelf life with no more than nine months elapsed from manufacture to delivery. The item is FDA-regulated and must be packaged and marked in accordance with the stated DLA, ASTM D3951, MIL-STD-129, and Medical Marking Standard requirements. Alternate offers must include complete technical data describing both the requested and alternate products. Delivery is required within 20 days after acknowledgment of the delivery order, FOB destination.
