Description
The United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) is soliciting quotations for dinnerware and glassware to replace current items at the Delano Commissary. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products, issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) with a fixed-price Purchase Order (PO) award anticipated. The requirement is a total set-aside for small business concerns, with NAICS code 332215 and a small business standard of $1000 million. Offers will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, requiring an acceptable/unacceptable determination for technical compliance and no adverse past performance.
