This project includes demolition of existing asphalt tennis courts; salvaging site light poles and fixtures; construction of new post-tensioned concrete pickleball courts; repair and resurfacing of existing tennis courts; concrete pavement installation; chain-link fencing and gates; benches, tables, and a drinking fountain; electrical conduit extension; site grading; erosion control; tree protection; and grass sodding and seeding. The project is accepting bids and will be priced by square foot. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 13, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., and bids are due October 28, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. The supplied materials state that plans, specifications, and addenda are available for download and digital takeoff to registered users, but do not identify the required proposal contents or submission destination.
