Description
MSD Lawrence Township seeks stand-alone, symmetrical Internet access service at approximately 40 Gbps, scalable to approximately 100 Gbps, with guaranteed throughput to its colocation site at Lifeline Data Centers, LLC. The service must support 256 public IPv4 addresses and an autonomous system number for direct peering, with pricing for additional IPv4 addresses and optional IPv6 capacity. The proposal must include provider-owned equipment needed for the handoff, a description of the fiber or direct-attach connection, the pathway from the provider's point of presence to the applicant's point of entry, and any third-party leased lines. Respondents must provide complete recurring and nonrecurring pricing by service tier, including any construction or special installation costs; a proposed service-level agreement covering availability, packet loss, latency, jitter, 24x7x365 trouble reporting, repair commitments, chronic-trouble remedies, and service reports; three similar-service references; the provider's E-Rate SPIN number; and a ready-to-execute or sample contract incorporating the stated E-Rate contingencies. The requested contract structure is a three-year term with up to two optional one-year extensions, subject to E-Rate funding and non-automatic renewal terms.
