Description
Clark County is soliciting bids for a countywide annual requirements contract covering 17 packages of air conditioning parts and supplies. The requested products include motors, hard-start kits, relays, capacitors, compressors, coil-cleaning and leak-detection products, vacuum-pump oil, air vents, contactors, filter driers, controllers, tubing, thermostats, and manufacturer product lines from Robertshaw, Copeland, Fasco, A. O. Smith, Taco, Grundfos, Bell & Gossett, Emerson, U.S. Motors, Magnetik, Reznor, Raypak, Rapid Locking System, Ambro Controls, Gentech Evergreen, and Diversitech. Several line items require exact no-substitute products, while others permit equal products and require the bidder to identify the offered manufacturer and part number. The bid document states estimated annual spending of $150,000 for Package 1, $40,000 for Package 2, $115,000 for Package 3, $20,000 each for Packages 4 through 13, and $25,000 each for Packages 14 through 17. A Bidder's Statement of Authority to Submit Bid is required, and the electronic bid response includes representative contact information, local facility information, pricing or discount terms, product details, and acknowledgment of Addendum No. 1.
