The Virginia Department of Fire Programs is soliciting competitive proposals for the refurbishment, modernization, upgrade, and associated engineering and fabrication of one Aircraft Rescue Firefighting (ARFF) training unit. The scope includes an ARFF fuel-spillage system, an eight-hour operation and maintenance training session for up to 10 people, an electronic operation and maintenance manual, and lifetime telephone support.
