Description
The County of Kern is soliciting construction bids for a highway roundabout project. Work includes hot-mix asphalt and concrete paving, cold planing, curb, gutter, sidewalk and driveway construction, roadside signs and object markers, lighting, sanitary manhole adjustments, drainage improvements, fencing, and hydroseeding. The bid documents also include traffic-control and construction requirements, including a 110-working-day completion period and a delayed start to working days on March 1, 2027.
