Description
Yeshivah of Flatbush Schools is requesting proposals for shared Internet access bundled with transport service for its Executive Office, Elementary School, and Early Education Center. The required bandwidth is 1 Gbps to 2 Gbps for the Executive Office and Elementary School, and 300 Mbps to 1 Gbps for the Early Education Center. Services must terminate at the designated building demarcation point/MDF, and proposals must include all site delivery, construction, permitting, pathway, and right-of-way costs. Proposals must identify monthly recurring, non-recurring, and special construction charges, as well as any ineligible costs, taxes, and surcharges. Respondents should price at least one static IP address and router/modem lease options. Services are needed effective July 1, 2027. Month-to-month and contracted offers will be considered, with requested pricing for 36- or 60-month terms and optional two 12-month extensions. The applicant may consider New York State Office of General Services contracted vendors and will evaluate cost, technical capability, experience, local preference, and completeness, with the cost of eligible services receiving the greatest weight.
