Description
The City of Philadelphia is soliciting quotes for 200 metal folding chairs and 200 economy tables with folding legs. The chairs must meet specified dimensions, steel-gauge, double-riveted and double-hinged U-brace, 300-pound-capacity, and construction requirements, with no substitutions permitted. The tables must be 72 by 30 inches, rectangular, white or speckled off-white, support 250 pounds, meet ANSI/BIFMA X5.5 desk standards, and have a tabletop that does not fold in half; only the legs may fold. No substitutions are permitted for the tables. The purchase may be awarded as a whole or by line item to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Sellers must quote all items to be eligible for award, and delivery or services may not begin until the department provides notice.
