Description
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, on behalf of the 6th Medical Group at MacDill Air Force Base, requires preventive and corrective maintenance for two STERIS AMSCO 400S small steam sterilizers and two STERIS AMSCO 2532 single-chamber washer/disinfectors. The contractor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer-certified service provider and provide personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, labor, supervision, transportation, and related services necessary to maintain the government-owned equipment. Services include scheduled preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, calibration, diagnostics, installation of replacement parts, and other actions needed to restore equipment to the manufacturer's specifications after failure, damage, or another incident. Work must comply with OEM specifications and ISO 9001:2015 standards. The requirement is a firm-fixed-price, full and open competition procurement, and the solicitation states that the acquisition is a follow-on to contract FA481422P00006 awarded to Vandahl Engineering and Sales, Ltd.
