Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is requesting a quotation for 11 packages, with 1,000 bags per package, of clear-and-white reclosable polybags. The bags must be 3 by 4 inches, 2 mil thick, high-clarity, 100 percent virgin polyethylene, with a white labeling box on the front. The solicitation identifies NSN 6515-01-500-5746 and requires the quoter to specify the source and part number being supplied; alternate offers must include a complete data package for evaluation. The supplies must be commercially packaged for safe delivery and marked in accordance with Medical Marking Standard No. 1. Delivery is FOB destination, with destination inspection and acceptance, a 20-day delivery period after award, and traceable shipment required.
