Description
The City of Smithville is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the 2nd Creek Bridge Road Multi-Use Path in Smithville, Missouri. The project consists of constructing a multiuse trail and includes grading, concrete trail pavement, pedestrian facilities, sidewalk curb ramps, and drainage improvements. The successful bidder must sign the contract and provide the performance bond and other required certificates in triplicate within 15 days after receiving the documents. The City may defer acceptance of a proposal and contract execution for up to 120 days after bid opening.
