Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District, is soliciting a contractor to provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, supplies, transportation, and materials necessary for recurring janitorial services at the Ozark Powerhouse and adjacent grounds. Services include sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, polishing, washing, disinfecting, waste removal, restroom and shower cleaning, replenishment of soap, paper products, and deodorizers, glass and mirror cleaning, insect and cobweb removal, grounds litter removal, sidewalk and entrance cleaning, and floor stripping, waxing, and buffing. The requirement includes daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual service frequencies, with a 12-month base period beginning at contract award and two 12-month option periods. The contractor must provide a quality control plan, daily quality-control inspections and reports, work schedules, an accident prevention plan, security/background-investigation documentation, equipment and materials lists, and proof of insurance. Award will be made to the lowest-priced responsive firm with acceptable past performance; offerors may submit up to three recent and relevant projects performed within the last six years.
