Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking small businesses for an indefinite-quantity contract covering the new manufacture and supply of oxygen cradle assemblies for aircraft, identified as NSN 1660-00-317-5557 and part number 10C-0020-0020. The requirement includes three one-year base periods, with an estimated annual demand of 60 units for each base period. Contractors must provide all labor, materials, facilities, and equipment, including component procurement or manufacture, inspection, testing, preservation and packaging, and shipping. Additional responsibilities may include supply-chain management, logistics planning, production forecasting, long-lead-time procurement, mitigation of diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortages, and shipment of serviceable assets. The requirement is a 100% small-business set-aside for a life-support item, and subcontracting plans are not required. The government will not provide the applicable specifications, plans, or drawings. Final award may consider price, past performance, and other evaluation factors. This notice is a presolicitation; the solicitation is expected to be available through the DLA Internet Bid Board System on September 29, 2026.
