Description
The City of Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety is soliciting one advanced Systems Architect specializing in Microsoft Azure Cloud to assess, modernize, migrate, convert, implement, and deploy legacy applications and application code bases. The work includes modernizing .NET Framework applications to modern .NET/.NET Core, deploying applications to Azure App Services, designing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, using Azure Key Vault and monitoring services, integrating Azure AI services, and providing cloud architecture, security, scalability, performance, documentation, knowledge transfer, and production support. The proposed candidate must have at least five years of relevant professional experience, Microsoft Certified Professional certification, and at least one specified additional Microsoft certification. The task order is time-and-materials, with one candidate expected to work for approximately two months; work is remote with occasional onsite hours by advance notice. Responses must include the candidate's resume, three references with contact information, required Microsoft certification copies or verification, and the separate Task Order Pricing Template.
