Description
The United Nations Development Programme is requesting logistics services for a theoretical and practical malaria workshop in Bolívar State, Venezuela. The scope includes lodging for participants in Ciudad Bolívar, Tumeremo, and Las Claritas; meals, breakfasts, dinners, lunches, coffee breaks, beverages, and specified meal options; audiovisual equipment and installation in Ciudad Bolívar; participant subsistence support; and a fuel payment for a participant transfer. Services are scheduled from November 8 through November 20, 2026, with workshop activities in Ciudad Bolívar from November 9–13, Tumeremo from November 16–18, and Las Claritas from November 19–20. The provider must address internet access, backup power, restroom and air-conditioning requirements, venue cleaning, menu coordination, communications, and compliance with the detailed technical specifications. The technical and financial offers must be submitted separately, and the solicitation states that the award will be based on compliance and the lowest price.
