Description
The Nova Scotia Provincial Housing Agency is seeking proposals for structural and basement repairs at Fort Cumberland Manor. The scope includes repairing one column base, re-facing a portion of the existing foundation wall, reinforcing part of the main-floor framing, installing drainage piping and sump pits in basement slab areas formerly used as a loading dock and boiler room, and waterproofing the former loading-dock door opening. The estimated contract period is six months. This is an open competitive procurement under the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
