Description
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Lesotho is seeking expressions of interest from qualified travel management companies for prequalification to a supplier roster. The roster may be used to invite firms to compete for future air travel requirements; inclusion does not guarantee a contract, a long-term agreement, or any volume of business. Services may include regional and international flight reservations and ticket issuance, itinerary planning, fare quotations and optimization, travel and entry-requirement advice, schedule-change notifications, rebooking, cancellations, refunds, and emergency or after-hours traveler support. Applicants must demonstrate relevant corporate travel experience, appropriate reservation systems and IATA accreditation or an accredited ticketing arrangement, operational capacity, and qualified personnel. The EOI application form requests company information, experience, service capabilities, technical approach, and proposed personnel. The submission package also calls for business registration, tax clearance, trading authorization where applicable, company profile and organizational structure, client references, key personnel CVs and qualifications, and recent financial statements.
