Description
Coastal Carolina University is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, travel, supervision, and related services necessary to replace HEPA filtration components in four fan filter units (FFUs) and one laminar air flow workstation (LAFW) at the Marine Science Laboratory. The scope includes removal and installation, replacement filters and materials, certification testing in accordance with applicable clean-air and HEPA-filtered-environment standards, certification reports for each unit, coordination with university personnel, and proper disposal of replaced filters. The work is a one-time purchase, with completion required within 30 calendar days after receipt of the purchase order. Offers must include the manufacturer's latest literature showing complete product specifications, three references with names and email addresses for similar work, and any required supplier information in the electronic bidding system. The award will be made to one lowest responsible and responsive bidder, and all line items must be offered.
