Description
The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Research Service requires one Consolidated Sterilizer Systems Model SR-26A single-door sterilizer, or an equal product meeting all stated salient characteristics. The required unit has a 26-by-26-by-39-inch chamber, 316L stainless steel chamber with carbon steel jacket, a 25 kW electrically heated steam generator, 480-volt three-phase power, two shelves, touchscreen controls, thermal printer, password protection, USB data port, emergency stop button, gravity air removal with economy post-vacuum drying, automatic blowdown features, water conservation and monitoring, ASME U-1 code stamping, UL/cUL listing, and related standard features and accessories. The requirement includes delivery, uncrating, placement, leveling, final assembly, final utility connections, startup, and end-user training. The customer must provide utility connections within five feet of the sterilizer; receiving, permitting, and inspections are excluded from the stated installation level. Quotations must include all costs, including shipping, identify the place of manufacture when applicable, remain valid for at least 60 days, and include descriptive literature or documentation for any proposed equal product.
