Description
The Defense Logistics Agency-Aberdeen, on behalf of the Army Integrated Logistics Supply Center, is conducting a Sources Sought market survey for brand-name-or-equal electronic load banks and load cables. The equipment will support field preventive maintenance of the Electric Power Plant III used with the Patriot Missile Defense System, including 15 kW, 30 kW, and 150 kW, 400 Hz generator sets. Products must meet CECOM Purchase Descriptions A3357168 Revision A and A3354293 Revision A; the purchase descriptions may be requested from the technical point of contact. The Government does not possess the technical data package for these parts. Respondents must demonstrate capability to supply equivalent or better equipment and provide company information, CAGE code, technical point-of-contact details, relevant government and commercial past performance, data-rights information, engineering qualifications, testing experience, obsolescence-management capabilities, delivery capability, pricing and contract-structure preferences, inventory information, and supply-chain risk information. The attached Contractor Questionnaire contains 13 questions to be completed. This is a sources-sought notice for acquisition planning and market research, not a request for quotations or proposals, and no contract award will result directly from the response.
