Description
Marshfield School District R1 is soliciting bids for Category Two technology services and equipment. The scope includes 40 wireless access points with necessary software and licenses, including 25 Aruba AP-715 units and 15 Aruba AP-735 units with five-year licensing. New equipment must be compatible with the district’s existing Aruba Central environment, must not be refurbished, and must not be manufactured by an FCC-designated national security threat. Functionally equivalent equipment is acceptable, but bidders must provide compatibility documentation and bid the entire hardware project; installation or drops are not needed. The district also seeks maintenance for 40 wireless access points and managed internal broadband and authentication services for district-owned equipment, including Aruba switches and wireless access points. Bidders must submit the required C2 Cover Page, participate in the E-rate program, provide a valid SPIN, comply with lowest-corresponding-price requirements, identify all applicable fees and taxes, and accept the district’s specified E-rate discount-method options. Awards are contingent on E-rate funding and final board approval.
