Description
Brown County seeks a marketing, public relations, and fundraising agency to help advance the public phase of a capital campaign for a new 4-H community building. Requested work includes digital and printed donor packages, informational brochures, architectural-rendering presentations, and mockups for a permanent donor wall with giving tiers. The agency will also produce video spots, landing pages, and ongoing social media assets; support public relations through radio, print, and digital outlets; and promote fundraising events, including the Annual Blue-Jean Bash. The proposal must include a summary of relevant agency work, a narrative explaining how the firm would build campaign momentum toward the estimated $3 million project cost, pricing for hourly fees, retainer options and production costs, and at least three relevant client references.
