Description
The City of Sioux Falls is seeking a contractor for painting and coating improvements at the Denny Sanford Premier Center. The work includes spot paint repair at the generator housing; complete paint removal and repainting of the mechanical yard screen; additional swing-gate bracing; modification of one screen panel for a new man door; and removal and replacement of waterproofing at the ice melting pit, including temporary equipment disconnection and reconnection. The project also includes selective demolition, surface preparation, cold-fluid-applied polyurethane waterproofing, high-performance epoxy coatings, ornamental gate work, temporary facilities and controls, coordination with ongoing facility operations, and related construction administration. Bids must include the signed proposal form, completed construction bid table, and required bid security. The estimated project value is $121,008.
