Description
The Indiana Department of Administration, acting on behalf of the Indiana State Library Consortium, is soliciting providers for Internet access, WAN connectivity, and standalone data transmission services for participating Indiana public libraries. The scope includes approximately 450 service requests, with symmetrical bandwidth scalable from approximately 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps for Internet access and up to 2 Gbps for WAN connectivity. Services must provide guaranteed throughput to each library location, laddered pricing, no monthly data caps, and no bandwidth or speed reductions based on metered usage. Installation and initial configuration are required. The State intends to award a four-year contract with no renewals to one or more respondents. The project is contingent on obtaining E-Rate funding. Mandatory response components include an executive summary, cost, business, and technical proposals; an attestation form; infrastructure overview; artificial-intelligence technical proposal questions; and reference check forms. Responses must comply with applicable E-Rate, state, and local procurement requirements.
