Description
Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation seeks a fully managed, leased 1 Gbps standalone data transmission service between its BCSC Data Center and the new Maple Grove Elementary School. The service must provide the required bandwidth, scalability, uptime, latency, jitter, and packet-loss performance, with active powered network devices at both endpoints and fiber handoffs preferred. The request is technology-neutral and may be satisfied through fiber, hybrid, cable, DSL, copper, satellite, or microwave transmission. The proposal must include network topology and WAN diagrams, transmission-medium and handoff details, installation or construction requirements and schedule, recurring and nonrecurring pricing, a proposed SLA, 24x7x365 trouble reporting, repair commitments, service reporting, and a ready-to-execute contract. The SLA must address 99.99% availability, latency below 25 milliseconds, contention and oversubscription, and a two-hour diagnosis and four-hour temporary or permanent repair commitment. The selected provider must accept E-Rate SPI discounted invoicing and comply with the stated E-Rate and pricing requirements. The contract is contingent on E-Rate funding and an Applicant-issued Notice to Proceed.
