Description
Westfield-Washington Schools seeks a provider for symmetrical Internet access and data transmission services with guaranteed throughput at its head-end. The requested capacity is approximately 8 Gbps, scalable to approximately 10 Gbps, with laddered pricing in approximately 1 Gbps increments. The service is requested for 17 eligible entities and includes installation and initial configuration. The proposal must include approximately 30 public IPv4 addresses and a Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) mitigation solution, which the applicant identifies as ineligible for E-Rate funding. Pricing must separate eligible and ineligible services by line item and reflect Lowest Corresponding Price, GSA pricing, and applicable governmental discounts. The anticipated structure is a three-year contract with up to two optional one-year extensions, with service beginning July 1, 2027.
