The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a quotation for 125 each of NSN 4710-00-010-4038, described as a bent metallic hydraulic buffer tube. The item must include protective caps and plugs meeting NAS847, comply with Army Drawing 12369004 and the listed technical data package and quality requirements, and meet the specified inspection, acceptance, preservation, packaging, palletization, and marking requirements. This is a full-and-open-competition supply procurement. Delivery is to DLA Distribution Anniston, and the solicitation states that delivery is to be offered as a number of days after award, with a stated requirement of 318 days after date of award. Partial and expedited shipments are acceptable at no additional cost to the Government. Quotes will be evaluated based on conformity, past performance, offered delivery, and price; award may be made to other than the lowest-priced technically acceptable responsible offeror.
