The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for three expansion joints for pipe, NSN 4730-01-277-7699. The item is specified as a 4-inch nominal pipe-size expansion joint made of butyl rubber with a neoprene cover, General Rubber LLC part number 1101-0040-060-OBN.
