Description
Oak Ridge National Laboratory is seeking a firm-fixed-price quotation for a Carl Zeiss Smartzoom 5 optical microscope system and associated components, with brand-name-or-equal products permitted. The bill of materials specifies an optical engine, motorized tilting stand and focusing drive, motorized scanning stage, two objectives, polarizer and analyzer, diffuser, controller, and an all-in-one control PC with Windows 11 and Smartzoom software. A tariff surcharge is also listed. The quote must provide firm pricing, lead time, country of origin, and the full address from which the material will ship; any tariffs must be separately priced. Domestic shipments are FOB destination, and DAP is preferred for international shipments. The seller must be an authorized reseller. Required product documentation includes calibration certification with each instrument/system, verification that the supplied products match the catalog specifications, and operating and maintenance manuals.
