Description

Bedford County Public Schools is soliciting proposals for new Category 2 network infrastructure equipment, including 20 Cisco Catalyst C9300LM-48U-4Y-EDU or equivalent switches, secondary power supplies, DNA licenses, and SFP-10G-SR-S transceiver modules; 108 Cisco CW9174I-RTG or equivalent wireless access points; and associated racks, mounting hardware, and required components. Alternative products may be proposed only with documentation establishing functional and technical equivalency. Used, open-box, refurbished, or otherwise non-new equipment will be disqualified. Vendor installation services are not requested. Proposals must include itemized unit pricing, E-Rate eligibility percentages, shipping, licenses, and all components needed for operation, with pricing submitted in the provided pricing attachment in Excel or equivalent format. Vendors must support Service Provider Invoicing and discounted billing, comply with E-Rate covered-equipment restrictions, and identify an eligible cooperative, state, or governmental contract for purchases exceeding $200,000. The district may purchase some, all, or none of the requested quantities.
