Description
The City of Germantown is soliciting bids for an ETC Apex 10 24K Control Console, or equal, to modernize the Germantown Performing Arts Center's theater lighting control infrastructure. The scope includes supplying the console and professionally installing and commissioning user-provided Response MK2 gateways to replace existing legacy Net3 nodes. The procurement also includes design services, system commissioning, installation, and on-site user training. Bids must be submitted by mail or hand delivery in a sealed envelope, with an express-mail alternative, and will be opened on September 17, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
