Description
The Township of Cherry Hill is requesting proposals for bond counsel services related to any Township debt issuance during calendar year 2027 and to legal matters concerning the Township's past, present, and future financing. The scope includes, but is not limited to, compliance with continuing disclosure requirements. Proposers must address their experience or knowledge concerning matters that directly affect the Township and provide the required information identified in the specifications. The submission requires one original proposal with original signatures marked "ORIGINAL," one complete copy marked "COPY," and an electronic copy on a flash drive.
