Description
The Long Beach Public Utilities Department is seeking a contractor to provide welding supplies, parts, and welding equipment maintenance and repair services on an as-needed basis. The scope includes repair services at both the department's site and the contractor's site, including emergency repairs, along with the furnishing of all required materials, tools, parts, equipment, and labor. The solicitation lists 97 line items, including hourly repair-service rates and specified welding supplies such as a Norton Type 16 grinding cone. Quotations must include the completed RFQ document and are submitted electronically. The contract period is stated as November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027.
