Description
The City of Temecula is soliciting a contractor for roadway rehabilitation on Meadows Parkway from Temecula Parkway to Rancho California Road, with related work at Pauba Road and the Winchester Road/Margarita Road intersection. The scope includes cold milling and disposal of existing asphalt, asphalt concrete leveling and surface courses, asphalt rubber aggregate membrane, localized asphalt repairs, crushed aggregate base, and traffic control. Additional work includes removal and replacement of standard and colored ADA access ramps, curb and gutter, cross gutters, utility manhole and valve-cover adjustments, signing and striping, temporary hardwired video detection, replacement of traffic signal loop detectors, and installation of pull boxes. The estimated bid value is $5,000,000, with completion required within 100 working days after contract execution and issuance of the Notice to Proceed. A minimum of 50% self-performance is required. The bidder must hold a California Class A or C-12 contractor license and comply with Department of Industrial Relations registration and prevailing-wage requirements.
