Description
Fort Bragg Unified School District is soliciting proposals for E-Rate Category One broadband connectivity between Fort Bragg High School and Fort Bragg Middle School and Redwood Elementary School. The District will consider lit fiber service and leased dark fiber/IRU solutions providing point-to-point connectivity, with 1 Gbps service at installation and the ability to increase bandwidth to 10 Gbps for lit fiber. Proposed services must include applicable installation, activation, special construction, maintenance, and operational support. Responses must address network design, pricing, implementation, scalability, support and repair processes, service-level agreements, E-Rate participation, references, and required technical and organizational information. Lit fiber proposals require service availability by July 1, 2027 and a three-year term with two possible one-year extensions; dark fiber proposals anticipate installation by July 1, 2027 and a ten-year contractual term. Proposals must be submitted as PDF files by email, and hard-copy responses are not required.
