Sierra Army Depot is conducting market research for 1,847 vacuum insulated panels across three sizes: 383 panels measuring 13 by 14 inches, 1,005 measuring 14 by 28 inches, and 459 measuring 22.5 by 26.25 inches. The specifications include a maximum thickness of 0.650 inches plus or minus 0.0625 inches, thermal conductivity not exceeding 0.020 BTU-inch/ft²-hour-°F under ASTM C518, annual performance degradation not exceeding 2.8%, and a minimum temperature exposure rating of 200°F. The temperature rating is explicitly stated for the first and third listed part numbers; the second part's listed specifications do not include additional performance criteria.
