Description
Glen Canyon Outdoor Academy is requesting proposals for Category One internet access and data transmission services with bandwidth options from 100 Mbps through 1 Gbps. Proposals must provide pricing in bandwidth increments and offer one-, three-, and five-year contract options, with bandwidth upgrades available during three- and five-year terms. The scope includes recurring internet service, special construction, trenching, boring, plowing, conduit and fiber installation, handholes, vaults, poles, splicing, termination, labeling, testing and acceptance, project management, network equipment, software, maintenance and operations, outage reporting, basic technical support, and a service-level agreement. The provider must support E-Rate compliance, SPI invoicing, FCC supply-chain restrictions, and applicable USAC requirements. The attached E-Rate Service Provider Bid Response Form must be completed and submitted with the bid. Contracts are contingent on E-Rate funding.
