Description
The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife seeks one complete, integrated siphon primer and tender system to prime and maintain a 4,000-foot-long, 24-inch-diameter river-water pipeline. The system must include two oil-free rotary-vane vacuum pumps, a duplex control panel, an automatic purge system, a receiver tank, an inline water trap, duplex priming valves, and associated components. The solicitation also requests one spare vacuum pump and one day of on-site factory startup assistance and training. The system is for indoor installation by others and must be delivered assembled to the extent specified. Bidders must provide a functional narrative, manufacturer experience and authorization documentation, at least three relevant project references, component information and product literature, system profile drawings, and a warranty statement. The initial purchase bid must not exceed $80,000, excluding sales tax. Delivery is required by February 28, 2027.
