The Transylvania County Joint Historic Preservation Commission (JHPC) will hold a public hearing to review two Certificate of Appropriateness applications for locally designated historic landmarks. The hearing will take place at a special meeting on July 23, 2026, at 4:00 PM in the Community Services Conference Room.
